Proximity Brewing Company’s celebration of beer, food, art, and entertainment is back for YEAR SIX! You’re officially invited to join us for our showcase of craft beer, culinary experiences, and live performances—a community gathering like no other. Blacktoberfest™ is powered by Black-owned and BIPOC collaborations, blending culture, community, and craft beer in Durham. With our brewery and taproom now in full swing, we’re ready for another unforgettable year of festivities—and we want you there.

Garland Court in Old East Durham will be the official home of Blacktoberfest™, as we celebrate six incredible years of this movement. This year’s festival features 20 breweries and collaborators, plus six Black-owned wine and spirits brands. Add to that 30 vendors, food trucks, and a full entertainment stage, and you’ve got the makings of an East Durham block party you won’t want to miss.
